Product support
Support for Circuit Dojo manufactureed products is limited to 1 year. Proof of purchase is required when requested. Our “standard support” is available via this support forum. The standard tier of support from our team is not guarenteed but most requests get a response within 1-2 business days. Customers are encouraged to search the forum and product documentation as many questions can be answered from these resources.
In-depth engineering (including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, software and firmware engineering), design, and scoping do not fall under the umbrella of “standard support”.
