also, my signal strength is at 1 bar and the LTE indicator blinked yellow to red before turning gray. I’m not sure if that is okay at this point as I have not set anything up for the cloud connection because I’m still trying to find my IMEI.

This does bring up another issue which is we are in an area where our Verizon phones get low signal so we have a cellular Verizon modem in our home to boost the signal. Does this impact Hologram? Will I have to switch over to Verizon? Or is it still too early to know?

    That means it found a network but couldn’t connect. I recommend you register your SIM first before attempting to connect.

    Hologram uses Sprint and AT&T. You need a special agreement with Hologram to use VZW. (i.e. it’s currently not possible to use VZW with Hologram)
