kaarew I was following the nRF9160 Feather Startup guide, and came to this point: “Zephyr Tools: Setup” I get this output and error: [SETUP] downloading https://github.com/circuitdojo/zephyr-tools-monitor/releases/download/0.1.5/zephyr-tools-0.1.5-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip [SETUP] unzip C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\downloads\zephyr-tools-0.1.5-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip to C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\zephyr-tools-monitor [SETUP] downloading https://docs.jaredwolff.com/files/newtmgr/windows/newtmgr.zip [SETUP] unzip C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\downloads\newtmgr.zip to C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\newtmgr [SETUP] downloading https://github.com/ninja-build/ninja/releases/download/v1.10.2/ninja-win.zip [SETUP] unzip C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\downloads\ninja-win.zip to C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\ninja [SETUP] downloading https://github.com/Kitware/CMake/releases/download/v3.22.0/cmake-3.22.0-windows-x86_64.zip [SETUP] unzip C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\downloads\cmake-3.22.0-windows-x86_64.zip to C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\cmake [SETUP] downloading https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/sdk-ng/releases/download/v0.15.1/zephyr-sdk-0.15.1_windows-x86_64_minimal.zip [SETUP] unzip C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\downloads\zephyr-sdk-0.15.1_windows-x86_64_minimal.zip to C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\toolchain [SETUP] downloading https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/sdk-ng/releases/download/v0.15.1/toolchain_windows-x86_64_arm-zephyr-eabi.zip [SETUP] unzip C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\downloads\toolchain_windows-x86_64_arm-zephyr-eabi.zip to C:\Users\Kaare.zephyrtools\toolchain\zephyr-sdk-0.15.1 git version 2.37.3.windows.1 [SETUP] git installed python –version Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases. Strange because Python 3.8.2 is installed. Command “python –version” outputs “Python 3.8.2” in a normal command window. Probably a newbe error, but please help!
kaarew jaredwolff Yes, I got around it somehow. I think I removed old versions and reinstalled everything. (Sorry, I’m not able to remember 100%)
