According a post some years ago, there are no KiCad support files.
Has someone created them in the meantime?

Support files? Not sure what you mean. All the source is here https://github.com/circuitdojo/nrf9151-feather
There’s a STEP file too for mechanical integration.

The file required to import the device into KiCad in order to design a boards for it.

From the other ticket I’m aware, that you don’t use KiCad and so you also don’t have that files. But maybe other users have them and are willing to share them.
The nRF9160 design indeed uses Eagle. The nRF9151 design uses KiCAD
