VSCode Plugin Improvements

Hi all!

Quick updates on the VSCode plugin. After some great feedback from the community I’ve added the following functionality:

The ability to auto detect and select extra .conf files as overlays for your build. Files outside the path of your project can also be added using the browse option.
The same thing as above but for dts overlays!
Both will clear if you change the project. That may change in the future
The + button in the terminal now gives you an option to open a Zephyr Terminal with your python environment pre-sourced.
